For a few hundred years, the weather ran the world. Anything worth having crossed an ocean to get where it was going, and the trade winds carried it - steady out of the east, so dependable that sailors built the map around them. Trade Winds is that whole passage in one routine: what's topside, what keeps the ship level, and what's locked below in the hold.
Three Bars, Three Decks
Trade Winds runs the full ship, top to bottom, each bar a different part of the voyage.
First Watch is topside - ozonic sea spray and open horizon over clean marine notes and woodsy musk. It runs a light grit from pumice, enough to take off a day's work. Built on the cold process base of saponified organic olive, coconut, sunflower, sustainable palm, and shea butter oils, with kaolin clay drawing oil and pumice handling exfoliation.
Even Keel keeps things level below deck - smooth vanilla, clean herbal lavender, and mellow chamomile. It's a smooth bar built on the same base, with chamomile powder, rosehip powder, and essential oils of vanilla and lavender. The gentlest of the three.
Spice Hold is locked in the hold - dry cinnamon and dense clove over musky patchouli and bitter raw cacao. A smooth bar built with cocoa butter alongside the standard base oils, plus real cacao powder and essential oils of cinnamon, patchouli, and clove. The richest and darkest of the set.
The Rest of the Routine
The First Watch deodorant carries the topside scent - aluminum-free, talc-free, and baking soda-free, formulated with magnesium hydroxide, zinc ricinoleate, and activated charcoal for 24-hour protection.
The First Watch moisturizer rounds out the routine - an emollient-rich formula built on avocado, coconut, sweet almond, grapeseed, and abyssinian oils that absorbs clean and keeps skin from drying out.
The full routine, running on schedule.
