Iced Lager: The Beer Soap That Actually Makes Sense

Iced Lager natural soap for men

Beer soap sounds like a novelty. It isn't. When craft-brewed beer replaces water in a cold process formula, something useful happens — the sugars boost lather, the hops condition, and the antioxidants stay in the bar long after the alcohol is gone. What you're left with is a richer, creamier cleanse than most bars deliver.

Iced Lager is built around that idea, then scented like it means it.

What Beer Actually Does in a Soap

The alcohol in beer evaporates during the soapmaking process. What remains are the compounds that matter for skin — antioxidants from the hops, natural sugars that amplify lather, and B vitamins from the yeast that condition as you wash.

Hops are the key ingredient. They contain amino acids that soothe irritated skin and help maintain its texture and resilience. Combined with a base of organic olive, coconut, and sunflower oils plus shea butter, the result is a bar that cleans without stripping — smooth, conditioning, and noticeably different from a standard bar.

The Scent

We went hard on the hops, then built a scent around them worth pausing for.

Clove and vanilla come in first — spiced, warm, and more complex than either note would be alone. Peppermint cuts through at the finish, clean and sharp, keeping the whole thing from getting heavy. Amyris rounds it out underneath, adding a quiet, woody depth.

It's the kind of scent that works in the morning and doesn't announce itself for the rest of the day.

The Bar

Cold process, zero grit, smooth cleanse. No harsh chemicals, no GMOs, phthalates, or parabens. Cruelty-free and vegan, approximately 5 oz per bar.

Every ingredient that went into the beer stays in the soap — except the part that doesn't belong.

Iced Lager is part of our full soap collection — small-batch, cold process bars made with no harsh chemicals and a level of attention most soap racks don't get.
