Why cold process matters.

Most commercial “soaps” are detergent bricks packed with synthetics - built to foam big and cost little.

Cold-process is a traditional handcrafted method that retains glycerin, a valuable natural moisturizer.

    The BEST Smelling Soap

    This is my favorite scent made by Bearsville. Remember you're favorite cologne from high school in the 80's? You know the one in the black bottle that ALL the girls loved (and even a fewcof their moms?) Yeah, that,s what Spiced Charcoal smells like. That's why I was bummed when I found out it was only available with a subscription now. And even worse Bearsville is considering discontinueing it. The only downside is a mild black residue that needs to be wiped up with the towel you just dried off with. Totally worth that to smell like a REAL man all day. Buy this scent and save it from elimination.

    Itchy Skin Relief

    I have been battling dry itchy skin most of my life. I never knew it was a reaction to my soap. After trying more products than I can count I came across Bearsville Soap. The Charcoal line is amazing relief to my condition. I can also use anything Goat milk based, but the spiced Charcoal it the best! Great long lasting not over powering sent. Please don't change anything! I don't know what I would do without this soap!

    Great scent

    Who knew?

    I live in a mile high desert and winters can be cold and REALLY dry. Sometimes I need a little extra and the charcoal infusion does it for me. The wife likes it, says that I smell like a campfire with just a touch of French hooker. Again, who knew?
